Spiritual Empowerment

If Spiritual Empowerment is initiated through the right of choice, then each of us need to create that environment within us for the making of choices. In this we realize the mind and heart must work together. Often the environment of painful and limiting emotions inside of us keeps us from clear thinking and the ability to empower our lives through right desire and constructive choice.
We have learned in our work at Radiant Rose Academy that there are many fine qualities that exist naturally in our feeling body. Unfortunately many of these qualities such as peace, joy, love, courage and determination, do not have an opportunity to find expression within us. Usually painful emotions smother or repress the finer feelings of life from expressing. Many today are healing their emotional body, attending practitioners or counselors to release and heal emotions that are deeply anchored within their feeling body.
In Akasha and Asun's Dispensation Radiant Rose Academy, they have helped us to understand that if we consistently make a conscious choice every day, and many times a day, eventually we will come into the dynamic experience of that choice. We have discovered that to truly empower our lives, we must come out of the experience of fear and enter into the expression of love. Yet the experience of love can be difficult to obtain when there is no peace in our lives. Therefore we have realized the necessity to create a bridge for ourselves that will eventually bring us into the loving empowering expressions of self.
An exercise we do that has worked wonders in thousands of peoples lives is to make a fundamental choice that affects all of our thinking patterns, all other choices and our emotional body. That fundamental choice is ‘A Choice for Peace’. This is not meant as a metaphor, but a powerful choice we make at least a hundred times a day in our private thoughts. If we say to ourselves ‘I choose peace’ many times a day, and take a few seconds to breathe into that choice, eventually the presence of peace enters our consciousness. But we must be diligent in this. In the beginning if we are not saying it to ourselves at least a hundred times throughout our day, we are not doing it enough.
We have built up a momentum of powerful limiting emotions in ourselves that restrict our constructive thinking. Therefore we must do this exorcise repeatedly until we build up an energetic momentum of the new choice we are making. If we will do this everyday, the experience of peace will deeply enter our consciousness. With the presence of peace within, we are now capable of using our minds powerfully and constructively to make many more choices that will continue to empower ourselves. Without peace, the experience of indifference, apathy, guilt and tiredness affect our thinking process thereby limiting our personal expression.
This is a powerful step towards Self-Empowerment. There are more, however without peace; the will to take the next step is difficult to find. Make this choice today, hundreds of times and don’t give up until the feeling of peace is fully present. With a peaceful mind you are now ready to make more empowering choices for yourself.
