Beloved friends of the Academy, in the last three months, we have looked at all the procedures the office manages. We have come to some decisions to help the flow and therefore increase the “happiness” of all involved (and this includes you), by creating general administration guidelines and policies. SUBSCRIPTIONS POLICY - Mp3 download, Tapes or mp3 CDs

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE

The office requires in advance, a series of post dated cheques for either six months or one year. Please date all your cheques for the 21st each month.  Also, all cheques are to include clearly your name and the Subscription product they apply to.

All payments will be applied to the month coming. For example: a payment of $25. Dated January 21, 2010 will cover your subscription for the month of February 2010.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

All charges will be processed the last week of each month, to cover your subscription for the following month.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You have (20) twenty days to cancel your subscription. For example, if you choose to cancel a subscription applicable starting the month of December, the office needs to be informed prior to November 21st.

CREDIT CARD DECLINED

Tapes or mp3 CDs Subscription: You will receive your monthly invoice as usual, requesting payment. Please send your revised card information to the office in order to receive your next monthly product.
Mp3 download Subscription: If you are on an mp3 download subscription and your credit card was declined, contact the office and have your account re-activated.

Note: It is your responsibility to notify the Academy of your credit card changes, expiry or new card number you wish us to use.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

PRODUCTS

- If a product is defective, it will be replaced free of charge.
- Books and audio files in any format are a non-refundable product.
- If you have purchased an item using a credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.

Downloads

Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable.

EVENTS

A minimum of 15% of an event cost is non-refundable. For example, if you commit to an event that costs $150. and must cancel, a fee of $22.50 (15%) will apply.

PERSONAL AUDIENCES with Akasha & Asun

Please advise the office via a phone call or by email if you need to cancel your scheduled personal audience. The office requires 48 hours notice as this will give us enough time to find a replacement.  

If an appointment is missed a $50 fee will be charged to your account.
