Morning Focus
There is a place within each of us and only we know that place...the one that allows the warmth to flow. That place. A memory-we all have one-of a special moment in our lifetime that brings warmth to our heart and perhaps a tear of joy that we sometimes, somehow flash to, even for just an instant. We are transported from the everyday life and daily demands, and we know that all we feel is love, joy...a greater sense of peace. Find the memory that does this for you. Find it and hang onto it, it will serve you more than you may know at this present time.
This is the Inner Love of your Heart Flame and this is where we start. This Flame is invisible to the outer sight yet desiring to let you know it is always with you. When one awakens to a place where they question their life and this universe, they can soon realize, I have a destiny and higher purpose. I have a reason for being here. I desire to unveil the mysteries. As soon as you make that declaration to the universe and begin to say yes to life in your spirituality, your light that is like a candle flame within begins to expand. The more you talk to it and send it your love, the more your Heart Flame expands and the more you will begin to feel It's Presence in your being and world.
Know this, even though you can not see it, science doesn’t report it or your mind wants to talk you out of even thinking like this. It is there. This is the presence of God within you. It has been placed there by your higher self which lives above you in its own realm of perfection; also called your Beloved I Am Presence. And please have no attachment to the names given here. If you don’t like to use the God word, use something else. If using Beloved I Am Presence feels like you are talking to a stranger...pick something that works for you. It is about acknowledging a higher intelligence in our life...so as Asun will say to us ‘Call it 'Bob' if you want to”...
Acknowledge your Presence:
You are a Divine Spiritual Being living within an earthly human embodiment, and even though your divinity may only yet be like an embryo of Godsource in your heart, It is waiting your daily recognition to begin growing and expanding Its Perfection within you.
Begin with your morning awakening. Perhaps awaken 10 minutes earlier, for if there is a feeling of having to get up and move quickly into your daily activities, this will overtake your intention to begin your day upon awakening with an immediate focus upon your Spiritual Centre within you. It won't take long before your mind is ‘trained’ that this is now how you choose to start your day. It has been known by some, that while we sleep, we are refreshed and renewed for the next day, if we successfully get a good rest. This is a perfect time to connect before our thoughts turn to the busy-ness and all of the tasks that lay ahead in our day. With this action we are letting our Presence hear we know It is there and that we are serious about expanding Its Glorious Splendor and Perfection in our lives. It has waited lifetimes for us to acknowledge Its Presence with us, so consistency in your application is key.
Begin your day in recognition, and acknowledgement of your God Presence within you and above you. As you awaken, focus your attention on your Presence within and above and speak to It. Send It your love. It can be as simple as, 'Beloved I Am Presence within me and above me, I love you. I acknowledge your Presence within me and above. I thank you, I love you and I bless you for the gift of life'.
You may also choose to start with a prayer Akasha has given us to use before we arise in the morning. It is called Akasha's Prayer If you print these out and place them by your bedside, you can just reach over and read them either silently or aloud before you leave your bed. What you are actually doing is saying yes to life and telling life what you are choosing for your day. Life loves to be directed by us.
